Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small can of tuna (MSC certified)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- A handful of chopped parsley
- 140 g long pasta
- Water and salt
Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions so it finishes at the same time as the tuna sauce.2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for a minute.
3. Add the tuna, breaking it into pieces, and mix it into the hot oil.
4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and stir until they warm up.
5. Finally, add the chopped parsley to the mixture.
6. Take about half a cup of boiling water from the pasta pot and mix it into the tuna mixture in the pan.
7. Drain the cooked pasta, add it to the pan, and toss it with the sauce.
8. Serve the finished pasta on plates and garnish with additional parsley.
