A crunchy and healthy snack made from kale, perfect for munching!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large kale
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Rinse and dry the kale. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into small pieces.
3. Place the kale pieces in a large bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss well to coat all the pieces.
4. Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the kale chips are crispy and slightly golden. Stir the chips halfway through baking.
6. Allow to cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy as a snack!
