Ingredients:
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 onions
- 2 fillets of herring
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 carrots
- Crispbread (for dipping sauce)
- Oil
- Chopped dill
- 150 g garlic cream cheese
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
Instructions:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
2. Peel the carrots, parsnip, and onions.
3. Cut the potatoes, carrots, parsnip, and onions into wedges.
4. Spread the vegetables and onions onto a baking dish or tray.
5. Mix oil, salt, and pepper, then pour the mixture over the vegetables. Toss well.
6. Roast in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the vegetables are golden brown and crispy.
7. Fry the fish fillets in a pan until golden brown and cooked through.
8. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the cream cheese, chopped dill, and white pepper.
9. Serve the fried fish fillets and roasted vegetables together with the dipping sauce and crispbread.
