- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long, thin strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly.
3. Heat the oil in a deep pot to 180°C (350°F).
4. Fry the potato strips in small batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Remove the fries and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Sprinkle with salt, white pepper, and chopped rosemary.
