Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti - 150 g pancetta or bacon
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. 2. Chop the pancetta or bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.
3. Add crushed garlic cloves to the pan and sauté for a moment.
4. In a bowl, mix egg yolks, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Drain the spaghetti, reserving a little cooking water.
