Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon fillet - 200 g asparagus
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet, season with salt, pepper, and squeeze lemon juice over it.
3. Cut the asparagus into shorter pieces and add them next to the salmon on the baking sheet.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on the baking sheet as well.
5. Drizzle olive oil over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
7. Garnish the dish with fresh dill before serving.
