Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh fish (e.g. pike or perch)
- 150 g potatoes
- 100 g asparagus
- 50 g butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g. dill or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and lightly mash them.
2. Steam the asparagus until tender but still crisp.
3. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the fresh fish and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the pan, adjusting to taste.
5. Serve the fish with the mashed potatoes and asparagus. Garnish with fresh herbs.
