- 400 g reindeer fillet
- 2 dl creamy mashed potatoes

Instructions:
1. Heat a pan and melt the butter. Add the reindeer fillet and sear on both sides for about 3-4 minutes until beautifully browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
2. Boil the potatoes and mash them with cream and butter. Season with salt.
3. Roast the root vegetables in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes until they are soft and have color.
4. Sauté the wild mushrooms in the pan until they are cooked through.
5. Serve the reindeer fillet with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables, and wild mushrooms. Garnish with fresh herbs.
