Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g chicken strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the chicken strips and cook until fully cooked. Stir in the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix in the salt, black pepper, and oregano. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and transfer everything to a baking dish.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the pasta and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
