Northern Flavors Salad

A refreshing salad that combines the richness of goat cheese with the crunch of roasted nuts and the sweetness of apples and lingonberries. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh leafy greens
- 100 g goat cheese
- 150 g roasted nuts
- 1 dl lingonberries
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the leafy greens and dry them well.
2. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.
3. Lightly toast the nuts in a pan.
4. Slice the apple into thin slices.
5. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
6. Combine the leafy greens, goat cheese, roasted nuts, lingonberries, and apple slices in a large bowl.
7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy the northern flavors!
