These crispy meatballs are a delicious addition to any meal. They come together quickly and are perfect for both everyday dining and special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 1 tsp pepper mix
- 9 cream cracker biscuits
- 1 medium onion
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1-1.5 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 400 g ground beef
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200-225°C (400-450°F).
2. Crush the cream cracker biscuits into breadcrumbs.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until you have a uniform dough.
5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are golden brown.
