A delightful treat for mushroom lovers, these crispy vegan nuggets made from chanterelle mushrooms are irresistible with their nutty flavor and crunchy panko coating.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 300 g chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl oat cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 dl panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Rinse the chanterelle mushrooms and chop them into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the oat cream into another bowl.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Dip the mushroom pieces first in the flour mixture, then in the oat cream, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
6. Fry the nuggets in the pan until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
7. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
