Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until softened.
3. Crack the eggs into the pan and stir quickly to cook evenly.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the eggs. Mix well to coat the pasta with the egg mixture.
5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves if desired.
