A refreshing salad combining tart sea buckthorn, sweet carrots, and mild Napa cabbage. Perfect as a side dish or a light meal that brightens your mood and tantalizes your taste buds.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g Napa cabbage
- 2 large carrots
- 100 g fresh sea buckthorn berries (or frozen)
- 1 tbsp honey (or stevia)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sea buckthorn berries and remove any stems.
2. Shred the Napa cabbage and grate the carrots. Combine them in a large bowl.
3. Prepare the dressing by mixing honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Add the sea buckthorn berries to the salad and pour the dressing over the top. Mix well.
5. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
