Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- ½ fresh cucumber
- 1 dl chopped dill
- 1 dl chopped green onions
- 1 dl chopped chives
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the iceberg lettuce and tear it into a bowl.
2. Slice the tomatoes and cucumber, then add them to the salad.
3. Add the chopped dill, green onions, and chives.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
6. Serve immediately while fresh.
