Ingredients:
- 300 g cooked shrimp - 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the avocado, cucumber, and red onion. 2. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
