These soft and tasty pancakes are the perfect breakfast or snack for the whole family. Enjoy them with berries, maple syrup, or honey. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the mixture. Stir well until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter or oil if necessary.
4. Pour the batter onto the pan in your desired portion size. Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve immediately with berries or maple syrup.
