A delicious and filling dish perfect for a weekend dinner. - Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:
- 250 g cannelloni - Filling:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 ½ dl water
- 1 vegetable bouillon cube
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 100 g (about 2 dl) grated cheese
- Topping:
- 2 ½ dl cooking cream
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 50-100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, water, and spices. Mix well and stir in the grated cheese. Allow to cool slightly. 2. Fill the cannelloni with the meat mixture using the tip of a knife or a small spoon. Arrange the filled cannelloni in a greased rectangular baking dish in a single layer.
3. Mix the cooking cream and crushed tomatoes together and pour over the cannelloni. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) on the lower rack for about 25 minutes.
