A delicious cheesy cannelloni filled with ground beef and cheddar cheese, topped with a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weekend dinner.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g cannelloni pasta
- 700 g ground beef
- 4 dl grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 dl Mutti tomato puree
- 1 onion
- 0.5 dl olive oil
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp orange zest
- 0.5 dl red wine
- 2 dl water
- Approximately 2 dl grated cheese
- 3 dl cream

Instructions:

1. Chop the garlic and onion. Sauté them in olive oil in a pot.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, chili powder, and sweet chili sauce. Let cool.
3. Mix the cooled ground beef with the grated cheddar cheese.
4. Prepare the tomato sauce: Sauté onion and garlic in oil, then add tomato puree, sugar, orange zest, red wine, and water. Let it simmer for a while.
5. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the beef and cheese mixture, pressing tightly.
6. Grease a baking dish and arrange the filled cannelloni in it.
7. Pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni, add cream and grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for about 30 minutes. Let it cool slightly before serving.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
