Ingredients:
- 1 beef broth
- 3 cups risotto rice
- 2 cups cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-6 cloves garlic (to taste)
- 100 g mixed vegetables (about ½ bag)
- 200-300 g ground beef
- Salt (to taste)
- 10 cm leek
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped leek and crushed garlic, sautéing for a few minutes until softened.
3. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown it thoroughly. Season with your favorite spices.
4. Stir in the risotto rice and mix until the rice is slightly translucent.
5. Pour the beef broth over the rice and stir well. Cook on low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed by the rice.
6. Add mixed vegetables and cream, continuing to cook while stirring until the risotto is creamy and the rice is tender. Add salt if needed.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
