Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice - 14 oz ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, cauliflower, beans)
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the bell pepper and tomatoes.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, cooking until soft.
4. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown it well. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Add the bell pepper and tomatoes to the pan, and continue to cook for a few minutes.
6. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes.
7. Combine the cooked rice with the meat and vegetable mixture. Heat for a moment and serve.
