Ingredients:

- 200 g raw beef (tartare)
- 100 g cold cuts (e.g., salami, ham)
- 1 dl grilled bell peppers
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 large hamburger bun
- 150 g flank steak
- 2 dl grilled salad (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber)
- 1 dl lavender ice cream

Instructions:

1. Prepare the tartare: Finely chop the raw beef and season with salt and pepper.
2. Arrange the cold cuts beautifully on a serving plate.
3. Add the grilled peppers and capers to the plate.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger bun in a pan and fill it with the tartare or any filling of your choice.
5. Grill the flank steak to medium doneness and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. Serve the flank steak alongside the grilled salad.
7. For dessert, serve the lavender ice cream.
