A delicious and hearty meal packed with seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 dl mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers
- 3 dl shredded cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- Romaine lettuce
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Paprika powder, to taste
- Chili powder, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Tortilla wraps
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add the onions and garlic, and continue cooking until the onions are soft.
3. Add the mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers to the beef mixture, seasoning with paprika powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Dice the tomatoes and chop the romaine lettuce.
5. Take a tortilla wrap and fill it with the beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly and serve immediately.
