A simple and delicious finger food combining seasoned salmon and fresh cabbage salad.
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g salmon
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Black pepper
- Tortilla wraps
- 400 g cabbage
- 2 cans sour cream
- ½ red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Start by preparing the salad. Chop the cabbage and red onion into small pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the sour cream. Season with salt, black pepper, and squeeze in the lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate.
2. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Place the salmon in a baking dish with the skin side down. Rub the surface of the fish with salt, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and black pepper.
3. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, flake or chop it into pieces.
4. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a pan with a little oil.
5. Assemble the tortillas: place some salad at the bottom, add the salmon on top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
