Grilled peaches are a delicious summer dessert that brings out the natural sweetness of the fruit, enhanced with honey and cinnamon, and served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe peaches
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
3. In a bowl, mix the honey and cinnamon together.
4. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with butter and coat them with the honey mixture.
5. Place the peaches on the grill cut side down and grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
6. Carefully flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
