- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 4 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- A knob of butter
- A splash of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and slice the shallots and garlic cloves.
2. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add the shallots to the pan and sauté until they are soft and golden brown.
4. Season the onions with salt and pepper.
5. Remove the onions from the pan and set them aside.
6. Add the pork tenderloin to the pan and sear on both sides until beautifully browned.
7. Cook the meat on low heat until done, about 20-25 minutes.
