Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small strips or pieces.
2. Prepare three separate bowls: place the flour in one, whisk the eggs and milk together in another, and pour the panko breadcrumbs into the third.
3. Season the flour with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Dip the chicken pieces first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat them with panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well covered.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the nuggets in the oil until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
7. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
