Halloumi Fries with Lingonberries

Ingredients:
- 250 g halloumi
- 1 dl gluten-free oat flour (or coarse rice flour)
- Oil for frying
- Lingonberries (fresh or frozen)
- Fresh mint (for garnish)
Tahini Sauce:
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Chili Mayonnaise:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the halloumi into strips about 1 cm thick.
2. Roll the halloumi strips in the gluten-free oat flour.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the halloumi fries in the pan until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Prepare the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Add water until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
6. Make the chili mayonnaise by combining mayonnaise and chili sauce. Season with salt.
7. Serve the halloumi fries with lingonberries, tahini sauce, and chili mayonnaise. Garnish with fresh mint.
