A creamy and delicious oven-baked dish filled with broccoli and chicken, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:

- 400 g broccoli
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Boil broccoli in salted water for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the onion. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
5. Add chicken fillets to the pan and cook until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
6. In a bowl, mix cream and milk. Add grated cheese and stir until smooth.
7. Combine broccoli and chicken in a baking dish. Pour the cream mixture over and gently mix.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
