Ingredients:
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and cooked)- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1-2 fresh chili peppers (minced, to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.2. Add the minced garlic and chopped chili peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until the garlic is golden brown.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are heated through and slightly browned.
4. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and add the chopped parsley. Stir once more.
6. Serve immediately while warm, perhaps with bread or rice.
