Red Pork Stew

A hearty and flavorful stew featuring tender pork and rich tomato sauce. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g lean pork cubes
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 dl tomato paste
- 3 dl water
- 1 meat stock cube
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan or pot over medium heat.
3. Add the pork cubes and brown them until golden.
4. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pan and sauté until soft.
5. Stir in the tomato paste and mix well.
6. Pour in the water, add the meat stock cube, and the bay leaf.
7. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes until the meat is cooked and tender.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve hot with potatoes or rice.
