Ingredients:

- 1 liter of red currant juice
- 100 ml semolina
- Vanilla sugar to taste

Instructions:

1. Pour the red currant juice into a pot and bring it to a boil.
2. Gradually add the semolina while continuously stirring.
3. Cook the mixture for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens and the semolina is cooked.
4. Season with vanilla sugar to your taste.
5. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
6. Serve the vispipuuro cold, optionally with whipped cream or berries on top.
