Delicious Spinach and Feta Pies

A mouthwatering spinach and feta pie, perfect for a snack or light meal. Easy to make and loved by the whole family! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 pies
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made pie dough
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
2. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. Crumble feta cheese into the spinach mixture and mix well. Add the egg, salt, and pepper, and stir until combined.
4. Roll out the pie dough into a thin sheet and cut into circles.
5. Place the dough circles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spoon filling into the center of each circle.
6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the pies are golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
