A rich and creamy chocolate mousse that’s perfect for a decadent dessert.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
2. Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
3. In another bowl, whip the egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture.
5. Finally, carefully fold in the whipped egg whites to maintain the lightness.
6. Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
7. Serve with berries or whipped cream if desired.
