Delicious pulled pork nachos that come together quickly and are perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

- Tortilla chips
- 300 g pulled pork (or pre-cooked pulled pork)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 100 g cheddar cheese, melted
- 100 g shredded mozzarella
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Garlic sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
3. Top the chips with the pulled pork and chopped onion.
4. Pour the melted cheddar cheese over the chips and meat.
5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with sliced cucumber and garlic sauce.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
