Delicious pork skewers marinated in a tasty satay sauce, served with fresh new potatoes.

Ingredients

- 1 dl satay sauce
- 1 dl apple juice
- 8 new potatoes
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into large cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix together the satay sauce, apple juice, crushed garlic cloves, and salt.
3. Add the pork cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight or for at least a few hours.
4. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers on a hot grill until they are nicely browned and the meat is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender.
7. Serve the pork skewers with the fresh potatoes.
