Ingredients:
- 4 pork tenderloin steaks - 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 chicken broth cube
- ½-1 can 15% cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the carrot and onion. 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pork tenderloin steaks and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove the steaks from the skillet and keep warm.
3. Add the onion and carrot to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion is soft.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for a moment.
5. Crumble the chicken broth cube into the vegetables and mix well.
6. Pour the cooking cream into the skillet and stir. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
7. Return the cooked pork tenderloin steaks to the sauce and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the steaks with the sauce alongside potatoes or rice.
