Pork Tenderloin with Three Types of Cabbage

Delicious pork tenderloin served with a medley of cabbage and sour cream. This dish combines the best flavors of German cuisine.Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g pork tenderloin- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 200 g white cabbage
- 200 g red cabbage
- 200 g kale
- 2 dl chicken broth
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Slice the pork tenderloin into thick pieces and season with salt and black pepper.2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the pork slices until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
3. Chop the cabbage mix (white cabbage, red cabbage, and kale) and add it to the pan. Sauté the cabbages until soft.
4. Pour the chicken broth over the cabbages and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, and honey together, then add to the cabbage mixture. Allow to simmer for a few more minutes.
6. Serve the pork tenderloin with the cabbage and garnish with fresh parsley.
