- 150 g porc tenderloin - Fresh thyme
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Butter
- 100 g kale
Instructions:
1. Take the porc tenderloin out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a knob of butter.
3. Sear the porc tenderloin in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until it reaches medium doneness. Remove the tenderloin from the skillet and let it rest under foil.
4. Wash the kale and remove the tough stems. Cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
5. If necessary, add more butter to the skillet and add the kale. Sauté the kale for about 3-5 minutes, until it is tender and crispy.
6. Serve the porc tenderloin with the crispy kale on the side.
