- 400 g beef (e.g., sirloin)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 4 pita breads
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg or arugula)
- Chili (optional)
- Lime (for serving)

Instructions:

1. Slice the beef into thin strips.
2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oil, honey, ginger, and garlic. Add the beef strips to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated beef until cooked through and nicely browned.
4. Add the bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for a few more minutes until the pepper softens slightly.
5. Warm the pita breads in the oven or on a skillet.
