Ingredients:

- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 2 red onions
- 2 packages of feta cheese (150 g each)
- 2 packages of frozen spinach
- About 20 black olives
- Broccoli florets
- 1-2 tablespoons pesto
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Set aside one red onion, one package of feta, olives, and broccoli. Steam the broccoli until tender.
2. Finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté them in oil in a pan until translucent.
3. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, sour cream, sautéed onion, pesto, and thawed spinach.
4. Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes.
5. Top the bake with onion rings, diced feta, olives, and steamed broccoli florets. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
