These delicious pita chips are easy to make and add flavor to your mezze table. Serve the chips with tasty dips. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 pita breads - 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Cut the pita breads in half to create two thin rounds from each bread.
3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, and oregano.
4. Brush both sides of the pita halves with the oil mixture.
5. Place the pita halves on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
6. Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving.
