A refreshing vegetable salad with a zesty twist.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 fresh cucumber
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 large yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions:
1. Chop the iceberg lettuce into strips and place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Dice the cucumber and add it to the salad bowl.
3. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mix them into the salad.
4. Finely chop the yellow onion and incorporate it with the other ingredients.
5. Sprinkle the lemon pepper over the salad and drizzle with canola oil.
6. Toss all the ingredients together thoroughly and enjoy!
