Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Danerolles croissant dough
- 350 g prepared vegan gingerbread dough
- 3-4 tablespoons vegan margarine
- 1 ½ dl (raw) sugar
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Allow the gingerbread dough to thaw at room temperature for some time.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
3. Open the croissant dough and spread it out on a clean surface.
4. Evenly spread the thawed gingerbread dough over the croissant dough.
5. Sprinkle sugar, gingerbread spice, and cinnamon on top.
6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to form a log.
7. Cut the log into approximately 5 cm thick pieces and place them into the muffin tin.
8. Melt the vegan margarine and brush it over the tops of the cruffins.
9. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your festive cruffins!
