Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole grain bread - 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 4 halved cherry tomatoes
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices to your desired level of crispness. 2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
5. Top with the halved cherry tomatoes.
6. Sprinkle chili powder and fresh cilantro on top if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
