Ingredients:
- Rustic bread - Raclette cheese
- 1 large red onion
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Salt
- Chili (to taste)
- Black pepper
- Rosemary
- Dijon mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the red onion. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion slices and sauté until soft.
3. Add sugar, salt, chili, black pepper, and rosemary to the pan. Continue cooking until the onions caramelize (about 10 minutes).
4. Lightly toast the rustic bread and place it in a baking dish.
5. Layer Raclette cheese on top of the toasted bread, followed by the caramelized onions.
6. Place the dish in the oven and broil until the cheese melts and gets a nice color (about 5-7 minutes).
7. Remove from the oven and drizzle Dijon mayonnaise over the toast before serving.
