Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of bread
- 5 leaves of lettuce
- 4 diced pickles
- 4 baked potatoes (such as Rosamunda)
- 50 slices of raclette cheese
- 4 dl shrimp
Instructions:
1. Boil the baked potatoes until tender.
2. Place a raclette grill in the center of the table so everyone can prepare their own portions.
3. Melt the raclette cheese slices in small pans on the grill.
4. Serve the melted cheese with bread, lettuce, pickles, baked potatoes, and shrimp.
