A comforting French dish made with potatoes, bacon, onions, and creamy cheese. Perfect for sharing on a cozy evening.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- Sea salt
- 200 g bacon
- 2 onions
- A knob of butter
- About 1.5 dl dry white wine
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 400 g raclette cheese or Reblochon cheese
- About 3 dl cream
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are almost cooked. Drain and let them cool slightly.
2. Chop the bacon and onions into small pieces.
3. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the bacon and onions until golden brown.
4. Add the white wine to the pan and season with black pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Slice the cooked potatoes and arrange them in a baking dish.
6. Pour the bacon and onion mixture over the potatoes.
7. Pour the cream evenly over the mixture.
8. Slice the cheese and place it on top of the potatoes.
9. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and has a beautiful golden crust.
10. Serve warm and enjoy!
