A delicious French dish made with potatoes, bacon, and creamy cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 200 g bacon
- 1 onion
- 300 ml cream
- 250 g Reblochon cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until almost tender. Drain and slice.
2. In a pan, cook the bacon and chopped onion until the bacon is crispy and the onion is soft.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
4. In a bowl, mix the cream, salt, pepper, and crushed garlic if desired.
5. Grease a baking dish and layer the bottom with a layer of potato slices.
6. Add the bacon and onion mixture on top, then pour the cream mixture evenly over.
7. Add another layer of potatoes and repeat the process.
8. Finally, slice the Reblochon cheese and place it evenly over the top.
9. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
10. Let it rest for a moment before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
11. Serve with a green salad to refresh the meal.
