A delicious French potato dish, Tartiflette is full of flavor and perfect for winter enjoyment. Under the crispy top, creamy potatoes and cheeses await, making this dish a true delicacy. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg Rosamunda potatoes - 2 onions
- 300 ml cream
- 150 ml white wine
- 400 g Reblochon or Raclette cheese
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Accompaniments:
- 200 g air-dried ham - 200 g smoked turkey
- 1 jar pickled onions
- 1 jar cocktail cucumbers
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 steamed broccoli
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes. 2. Boil the potato slices in salted water for about five minutes. Drain well.
3. Peel and slice the onions.
4. Layer the potatoes and onions alternately in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Mix the white wine and cream together and pour the mixture evenly over the layers.
6. Place slices of cheese on top of the dish.
7. Bake in the oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden and crispy.
